1.We got your order and are confirming it with the restaurant.
That first step used to take less than 10 minutes. Then it goes to step 2.
2.Your food is being prepared
3.Out for delivery
I’ve noticed that first step now takes 20 to 30 minutes. That seems like a bottleneck with the delivery service. They’re simply placing my order with the restaurant.
Bite Squad is popular in my area. I’m curious if all the delivery services are much slower these days?
I avoid ordering between 12-1. That’s always the peak rush hour for lunches.
