I was in Alsace at a pizzeria and saw a “Hawaiian pizza” featuring ham, pineapple, and shrimp as toppings.

I didn’t order it, but I always wondered how it came to exist. Those nutty French/Germans, I guess.

We just saw Hawaiian pizza in Japan but didn’t order it.

Oddly enough, the only Domino’s pizza I was able to stand was the ham & pineapple one. Don’t know what it is about that combo, but it made Domino’s palatable to me. I’ve never had it on any other pizza. And I’ve never liked any other Domino’s pizza.

I’m pretty sure I remember my first Hawaiian pizza being just pineapple with no ham. Anyone else ever had a Hawaiian pizza that just meant pineapple?
