He/she was in THAT?

Comedian and actor Robert Townsend had an uncredited “Kid in the Gym” role in Cooley High.

Slight hijack, but: Morbo is correct, Red Dawn was the first PG-13 movie. Dreamscape was second, and The Woman In Red was third. They started serious discussions about creating a new rating when Temple of Doom came out, because clearly, when you can rip hearts out of chests and still get a PG rating, some updating needs to be done. So, Indiana Jones sort of prompted the rating, but it didn’t actually receive it.

Indeed. Dame Helen has done nude scenes in six different decades. I’d say that’s damned impressive.

Gordon-Leavitt also played David Collins in the early 90s prime time remake of “Dark Shadows.”

And speaking of “Dark Shadows”, in the original run Marsha Mason played a vampire (or witch or supernatural creature of some sort) in one episode of the series. Conrad Baines of “Diff’rent Strokes” fame had a recurring role as the Innkeeper at the town’s hotel. He appeared several times and eventually got mauled to death by a werewolf.

Tom Baker played a bad guy in ‘Remington Steele’.

John Barrymore played a rather delirious mad scientist in The Invisible Woman.

He’s also in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the movie) as one of the basketball players, and he did commercials before that and even recently. That second commercial ran here but with another actor. Ben did it overseas.
