I’ve finally figured out that Dubya’s malaprops and mispronuciations are intentional. I think he was trying to sound like another president when in a speech about the ABA treaty in europe he said “nucular.”
Oh . . . I thought you were gonna say he talks about jazz, Art Crumb, cooking and his stoner days in college . . .
