I am about to print out a contract for the people who are about to rent a house of mine, the contract is a template I have gotten offline. In it, it asks for the name of the Headlease. What would this be?
A headlease is the original lease between a tenant and a landlord.
Although it is asking for the name of the headlease?
Please quote the exact sentence in the template.
