I’m planning to run a festival (small, only about 100-200 people) on someone else’s land. The other party has never used any sort of contract when renting their land out to festivals. I’m not cool with that.
What are my google terms to find something to plagiarize and adapt, so we can both point to it when we argue about what was promised?
I want to rent:
exclusive use of one of their fields for 3 days
their portapotties with a cleaning provided by their usual clean/drain company
their pavilion, fire pits, etc.
And finally, I want to rent their kitchen, for my staff to cook in. That seems like maybe it would be a different contract, but I’m not sure.
“Land lease” seems to refer to long term rentals, often in the many decades. “Commercial lease”, for a year. What am I looking for?
