Calling it “Trump’s Super PAC” is highlymisleading.

Recent federal election filings indicate the group is $1 million in debt. The group was asked by the Trump campaign to change its name because it used the candidate’s name, and in recent weeks it received another letter from the campaign disavowing its efforts. But it has continued to try to raise money.

Well with the Trump University case pending, it looks like Trump is headed for a summer of litigation himself.

Sadly, the case has been delayed until after the election. No Trump Circus, other than his campaign. And even he’s if found liable, it’s a civil suit, so he wouldn’t be disqualified from running.
