Dance nekkid around the house whilst listing to your fav. music on full volume and eating all the forbidden treats you’ve got stashed away in the back of the cupboard 
Eh, dancing isn’t a necessity really. But whatever you do, I agree with leechbabe that you should do it nekkid. Don’t get carried away now…
