Search terms: making an arrow symbol on a mac
Only problem is, there doesn’t appear to be a keyboard shortcut on a mac to make an arrow.

I don’t know what exactly I was searching for at the time, but I came across a skin – is that the term? – for a nude Sim. It was an OK job, nothing that I really cared to download. But I looked at the name of the person who created it. It was someone that I shared a message board with at the time, and we were both pretty active posters.

Use the Character Palette (put it in your menubar thing for the keyboard). You can get all manner of stuff from that thing, most of what Unicode can serve up.
