I thought I might wander through again and ask after everyone’s health. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. I let my former Ogre account lapse. I’ve seen the unbelievably sad “In Memoriam” thread. I hope others are doing well here.
Me, I’ve moved a million times, started and quit jobs, had kids, lost parents, contracted and suffered through COVID-19 (and recovered - I’m OK now).

Yes, I think so. But I don’t remember very well. You will need to obtain some badges first.
But you can look for engineer in Site Feedback or About This Message Board. There may be a thread about Bugs and Fixes, or others more specific. Once you reply to one of his posts (or if you quote his text by selecting it and using it in your post) he will be notified immediately and I am sure he will find you so that you can sort this thing out. 
Ah! Well, it turns out my clicking around and trying to find the answer got me promoted a trust level, so now I can send PMs. Thank you!
Just an additional note, although you’ve already found a way: As far as I know, any user, even the newest newbie, can report a post. So just report one of your own posts, and it will come to the attention of a mod.
ETA: To report a post, note the “three dots” icon at the bottom of every post. Click that. More icons appear, one of which looks like a little flag. Click that.
