Hi there - I stumbled across the message board in a random google search the other day, and I remembered how much fun I used to have here many years ago. Then I wondered if I could still log in. So I went to the board and then I wondered if I still remembered my ID and PW. As I am posting this, I evidently did.
Then I wondered if I could see my old posts. I checked the user CP which indicated total number of posts was zero, with a join date of 2007. I’m pretty sure I was posting here in the late 90s in particular, so I assume at some point there was a forum upgrade/migration/whatever, and content beyond a certain date (I assume 2007) was lost, but the user base was migrated?
Anyway, just a morbid curiosity question. It would have been fun reading through some of my old rants and discussions, but if not, oh well.
Well, yes. I guess I was “momo” back then instead of the “-momo-” I am now, although I don’t recall creating this one. Which is weird since I searched on it and knew the PW. Sadly, I can’t recall the PW for “momo” and whatever email address I would have associated with it is long gone so I won’t be able to reset it.
Oh well, have fun reading my old stuff, and I apologize in advance for all the stupid stuff I said 15 or so years ago.
Thanks for that, Peter - I can see my old posts viewing that profile, which I guess I should have thought of. I sure had a lot more time on my hands back then than I do now. Reading through some of the gun control debates I got involved in was interesting and slightly sad. My words may be 15 years old, but the arguments were about the same old things they are now. Oh well, maybe I’ll find the time to stumble back in here every once and a while and shoot my stupid mouth off.
That title is based on a Japanese tounge-twister, if you aren’t familiar with it. (It is also based on a Japanese tounge twister if you are familiar with it.)
