I have come back throughout my vacation!!! I am quite sure you guys know I missed you all.
I have observed many individuals on this forum for quite an elongated time (counting yesterday and today) and it has come to my attention that many of you are indeed intelligent. Although, I have been a member here for quite some time (A year :p).
I am going everywhere to ask this.
How does humanity survive???
I find human vanity to be quite neurotic, how do humans find each other attractive as mates. Many species will attract mates through the use of pheromones or seasonal hormone surges. Humans are free from these instinctual chains, yet they mate anyway. How do they tolerate the process, how can they ignore that the human being is the most hideous detestable creature alive? To call a human being beautiful is an extreme act of perversion. Perhaps a case of blissful ignorance?
Emotions are useless behavioral sequences left over from imperfect breeding.

Humans DO have pheromones and hormones. I would say that attraction is shaped in the proper directions by social values placed on us by peers, parents and in this day and age, media.
I wouldn’t say that emotions are useless, to say that is to Damn one self to a meaningless existance. Emotions add alot to our experiences, and help us in our times of need. Without emotions I do not think humans could have made it thus far.

Human pheromones are not deliberately used, rather in most cases they are utilized unintentionally. Thus making them useless for their true purposes of nature.
Attraction is now purely based on appearance whereas personality of an individual is often overshadowed. Society has induced the people of society to embrace on a false visual perfection where all structures of a human body are in harmony. This is possible for the genetically superior (which ultimately has a lower percentage than those of sub-par appearance). But those not genetically blessed with aesthetic structure suffer under the hands of society.
Most emotions inhibit objectivity. Objectivity is required for rational thought. Therefore most emotions are irrational and serve no intelligent function.
