For reasons that shall remain mine alone, I need to find out information about Jimi Hendrix’ drummer. I don’t actgually know if he had more than one in his career, but I could definitely use some pointing in the right direction to find out where I can go to learn some more.
The drummer with the Jimi Hendrix Experience was Mitch Mitchell, and with the Band of Gypsies (i.e. post-Woodstock) it was Buddy Miles. If that is any help.

Just a little trivia, I’ve heard he tried to get the job drumming for The Who (before Keith Moon came along) but was rejected. I thought he was great with Hendrix, though. I’m sure you can find a bunch if you search on his name.
