Help finding old Six Feet Under threads?

I am about to resort to paging through every page of Cafe Society threads from 04/28/2003 onward!

My household is in the midst of watching Six Feet Under for the first time, on DVD, and we’re most of the way through season three. I like reading the old SDMB Cafe Society threads about each episode. I was really successful finding all the old threads about Sopranos and Deadwood episodes, because sopranos and deadwood are easily searched words.

Six Feet Under, on the other hand… “six” is too short a word to be searchable on the dope, and “under” is apparently deemed “too common” so I am trying to find my way through a gazillion threads containing the word “feet.” :rolleyes:

Does anyone have any tips for finding the post-04/28/2003 SFU threads? I’ve done a good job up 'til that point, but I can’t find any threads for episodes between the 04/28/2003 episode and the third season season finale.

I’ve tried searching whole posts for combinations of character names but am coming up empty.

I’m willing to accept there were no threads for the episodes between “Everyone Leaves” and the season finale (3 or 4) if I have to, but I’m skeptical.

If you remember participating in all or most of the SFU threads for seasons 3, 4 and/or 5, let me know. I may be able to track down the threads by username.

Or, and this is a long shot, does anyone still have any SFU threads in their subscribed lists?

I looked at subscribed threads – great trip down memory lane! – but the most recent one is for the Mother’s Day episode, 5/11/03 – Six Feet Under - Mother's Day - Cafe Society - Straight Dope Message Board

Have you tried searching for the phrase ‘six feet under’?

In Key Words type “six feet under” (including the quotation marks) and select ‘Search titles only’. Search only in Cafe Society to speed it up a little.

Change the ‘Find posts from’ to ‘Any date’.

That gets me 57 results, including this one from 4/28/03 and this one from the Season 3 finale (SPOILERS, if you haven’t seen it yet)

Or search for the actors’ names or the characters’ names (Claire Fisher etc)

I loved that show. And the finale is phenomenal. Enjoy.
