I hope someone can help me-I have discovered agreat substance, which has the ability to remove the cuticle skin from the top of your nails. This is the operation done with a scalpel, by your local nail shop during a manicure. I can see a huge market for this stuff, as hair and nail salons are all over, and local health boards are very concerned about people getting infections from cutting the cuticle skin. Any way, I just was turned down by my dermatologist-he says he is too busy to help me bring this to market! So, how can I sell my invention to some big cosmetics outit, without being ripped off? Can I patent this stuff 9it is a derivative of a common plant). How do I proceed?

Good luck!
I truly don’t wanna burst you bubble, but that stuff already exists. I do my nails and toes on a regular basis, and every major cosmetics company has a product such as the one you’ve described. Sorry. And, yes, cutting your cuticles is a bad idea. I do it when they really bad, but it’s still not a good idea.
