Maybe instead of eating the OP, you should eat more red meat - that’ll help the anemia.
But seriously, if you are talking about wrinkled clothing you could do what I sometimes do. Hang the shirt, blouse, whatever on the doorknob in the bathroom when you take a nice long, hot shower. The steam will help to relax the wrinkles and they should disappear. It won’t be pressed, but it helps.
Another thing that works is the spray on stuff. Spray it on your clothes (I wouldn’t use it on silk, but it should say on the bottle what fabrics it’s safe for) and smooth with your hand. I use it mostly on T-shirts when I’m too lazy to drag out the iron and ironing board.
Throw what ever it is in the dryer (on a low heat if it is delicate and on a high heat if it isn’t), add one fabric softner and a damp wash cloth. Allow it to tumble for 5-10 minutes.
Instant wrinkle remover!
(Note - I would not try this with anything that will leave a water mark should the damp wash cloth touch it)
