I can’t see it, I don’t have Facebook, but try loading it into http://www.tineye.com/ it may come up with a name associated with it.

It’s probably the permission issue. If you can see the pic, can you copy it so you can post it?

I think the error in loading the picture is because the OP’s Facebook is set to be mostly private to non-friends. If GuanoLad’s suggestion of tineye.com isn’t helpful, you’ll need to make the photos page of your profile public, or you’ll have to upload the picture to another site for us to see it.
