A microsoft “debug” program has suddenly starting acting up on my system, especially when I am trying to view ebay pages. I tried to google on how to shut the stupid thing off, but the remedy several sites offered on how to do so did NOT work. Anyone else have this problem, and have a suggestion? It gives me a popup warning screen and critical fault sound THREE times on every page I try to look at. This just started a month or so ago, and I’m sure it’s due to something I did, I just am not sure what? Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried this method from Microsoft’s Knowledge Base for removing Machine Debug Manager ?
