Help me buy a small used RV.

This bears repeating.

Some friends came back to their RV after a day of fun two years ago, and were greeted by a waterfall coming out of the door.

Whether your trailer or RV is new or old, get a water regulator. They look like this and cost just a few bucks. They’ll limit the incoming pressure to 45 PSI - for comparison, my water pressure (measured at the meter) at home is about 125 PSI, and all but guaranteed to blow something out, and most likely, something inside a wall. :smack:

Another doo-dad that I recommend is this thing - it takes strain off your hose, and the extra faucet is really handy for washing off your hands after dealing with sewer hoses. You’d hook it all up by screwing the pressure regulator to the yellow fitting on the faucet, and the “back” side of the faucet then screws to the RV’s water inlet.
