Help me Costco members, you are my only hope!

I found my wonderful boyfriend a great Christmas gift at my local (Charleston, SC) Costco; a bench vice with lots of bells and vicey whistles like removable rubber grips, etc. It was gorgeous! It was shiny! It was affordable! It would bring tears of joy to his eyes!
It was 62 pounds.
I’m not a strong woman and I don’t have that Southern charm the SC-born women have to bat their eyelashes and get men to do inconvenient things for them. The vice and all its perfection was going to have to remain, but I concocted a plan. I took a very clear picture of the lovely vice in its box and would show that to my man. Then, we would go to the Costco local to his folks’ here in Northern NJ, HE would carry the vice, and joy would rule the day.
He liked the picture. We got to the Nanuet, NY Costco and he was giddy. He had visions of building a new bench just for the vice, a wooden home worthy of such a fabulous tool. Woe, alas! Where the vice was in the Charleston Costco, a snowblower sat in Nanuet’s.
Rob wasn’t too disappointed, sweet thing, but I know how much he’s looking forward to the vice. There was a good-looking bench grinder there, but he already had that vice mounted in his garage in his mind.
The favor that I ask of you is this: if you live off I-95 between North Jersey and Savannah, Georgia, and you’re already going to Costco in the next couple of days, can you look in the tool aisle for the vice and post if they have it, please? Our last resort plan is to go 4 hours+ out of our way to the Charleston one in hopes once vice remains.
I appreciate your help! A man’s happy garageness is in your hands.

Have you tried buying it online?

That’s a great idea, but at 62# I’m sure any built-in Costco savings would be eaten by shipping costs.

Maybe they could ship it to a store closer to you, where you could pick it up?

I have perused the Costco website and the vice isn’t even on there. That’s my only complaint about costco.com, they don’t list everything that they stock. I guess I can’t blame them, they have a crazy amount of items on their shelves.

I would call the store where you saw it and ask if they could ship it to a store near you.
