LL Bean is a good place. Also try http://www.cabelas.com (search for women’s coat). That’s where I got my below-the-knee extra warm, zip-out liner, waterproof, nice looking long coat when I lived in Cleveland. It’s the warmest coat I’ve ever had and they have pages and pages and pages of coats on their site. I can vouch for the quality. Give it a shot.
Canada Goose is the last word in winter parkas. They have recently begun making lighter parkas that are more stylish, kinda like ths.
