Does anyone remember those little figurines of poodles that turned pink if it was nice weather and then blue if a storm was coming?
I wish i could find one again.
Whoa, that’s a blast from the past! Can’t find a poodle for you, sweetie, but a Google search for “pink blue humidity” turns up some “humidity cards” that turn colors. Not as much fun as a china poodle, I know.

How to make your own.

Google searches for “blue pink humidity china/ceramic” turns up absolutely nothing. I am forced to conclude that they are no longer being manufactured.
Thanks!
I am glad somebody also remembers them.
Fondly.
This is one of those things you pick up from Chemstry kits when you’re a kid - those “weather poodles” and cards are the result of saturating the cloth with a solution f Cobalt Chloride, then letting it dry. You could conceivably make a “Weather (Anything)”.
