I recently purchased a blender/food processor from Amazon.
It’s a Hamilton-Beach model 52254 BlenderChef.
The Amazon.com description said it comes with a slicer/shredder blade attachment.
I want this. However, apparently at some point (from my research it appears to be sometime after 2002) Hamilton Beach stopped including this blade with the model 52254 blender/processor, and the box I got included no mention of it, nor does the manual.
However, at sites like epinions and etc I can see people making mention of the slicer/shredder blade, so I know it DID come with this model at some point.
I have tried in vain to find this part for sale online anywhere, so I am turning to you folks for help. I h ave checked Hamilton Beach’s website, called their customer service, and checked Goodman’s and hbaccessories.com, to no avail.
I have also searched e-bay, also to no avail. I’d really like to be able to slice and shred instead of just chop food.
Anyone know of some other sites that might be able to help?
