I’m looking for a different cookbook called The Ultimate Chili Book, which I found about ten years ago in the remainders section at Barnes & Noble, and later lost (I think I absently left it in a supermarket shopping cart, having brought it with me to make sure I got the right ingredients for a recipe). It was hardcover, not thick, about 10" high. Had an absolutely delicious recipe for “New Mexico Chili With Lamb” (with roasted Anaheim peppers) which I want to try again. I can’t find it on Amazon or by Googling.
Was it a book that basically described a bunch of different types of chilis? I have one called “The Great Chile Book” by Mark Miller, author of Coyote Cafe.
