I remember it clearly but my google-fu is not strong today. It was from January 1981 or thereabouts. Shows Carter and Reagan dressed as Navy captains, standing chest-deep in water on the deck of a foundering ship. Carter salutes Reagan with a smile. Caption: “Your ship, Captain!”
