Has anyone suggested baked homemade Mac’n’Cheese with bits of ham? Cause I want some of that nowafter skimming this thread. I bet you could use a lot of ham in that AND it would all get eaten, too.
Throw it over the fence to the coyotes. It’ll keep the cats alive another day or two. Not that that is a good thing, really.
One of my favorite uses for leftover ham:
Cook up some white basmati rice. About 5 minutes before it’s done, toss in some diced leftover ham. If you feel like it, add some cooked frozen corn or green beans. Add butter and salt. Yum!
