What was the anthology sci fi/horror show that was written by a famous book author? It showed him typing on an old fashioned typewriter as he narrated the introduction/explanation of the show in the opening sequence, and his room was full of all kinds of odd knick knacks, the stories were random subjects, and the camera would focus on an object on his desk which somehow fit into the story… It was from the 70s or 80s and is a cult classic. He had white/silver hair, and thick black glasses, and was not thin as I recall. (I could be mistaken on how he looked, but not the rest.) I used to enjoy watching the re-runs of the show, but I cannot bring up it’s name. Help, please?
