There’s an AC-DC song which I need to identify. I believe it’s a fairly recent song. I don’t know any of the lyrics, but it has bagpipes as part of the music. It’s a hard rocking song. Sorry I can’t give more information.

It could be “It’s a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock’nRoll)”, which includes the bagpipes. Unless I’ve missed something, and this is 1975, however, it’s not exactly recent.

No, in fact, I would swear this tune came out just in the last 3-4 years.
I used to follow AC-DC quite closely up until the late 80s, when all their music started sounded the same. What I’m talking about is a recent song which has some very strong bagpipe music in it.
Can you at least tell if it’s Bon Scott or Brian Johnson on vocals? if you’ve followed them closely as you say you should be able to tell us that.
Or are you one of those who think Back In Black was their first album?

“Long Way” is the only AC/DC song with bagpipes.
I know John Farnham (shudder) did a version complete with bagpipes a couple of years ago, which could account for the confusion on dates.
