Basically I like to have a clue from the name of the company what they are selling, or at least the field they specialize in. So for technology directed at animals/pet owners to directly benefit the animals (vs making the owner’s job easier only) I’d like a name that hints or reflects that.

Animale makes me think of icky body sprays for teenagers. Starship… nope, wouldn’t grab me.

We are launching (on a nationally televised ABC reality TV show no less) a new pet technology company. We hope to eventually product multiple products that improve the lives of pets and their owners through high-design, high-tech and a dash of ingenuity.

Huh? If the products don’t exceed the weasel word marketing hype, we’re gonna waste some good names here.
