Help me pick some beverages

Thanks for the responses. I bought Crystal Light and some iced tea. I haven’t tried the tea yet, but the Crystal Light is treating me very well. Hydration can be fun!

In time, I’ll try to work my way around to some of the other ideas here.

If you already drink milk how about some Ovaltine. The only time I drink milk is on cereal or if there is Ovaltine in it.

Corn tea (found at Korean markets) is very good hot or iced. You can add a little sugar if you want, or leave it unsweetened.

Great. Now I’m thirsty.

Special K vitamin water is great. 50 and FIVE grams of fiber per serving! Not only is it pretty tasty, it will take the edge off of your hunger.

POWERade Zero is pretty good. It has no calories. It is sweetened by Sucralose as opposed to Aspartame.

Crystal Light is also good, but it seems to be difficult to finds in these parts.

I also like diet lemonade.
