I am a customer of DirectWay. I have very few options. It has to be satellite where I live.
They have recently changed their front page to something that looks like GOOGLE vs YAHOO in a cage match on crack. It takes a LOT of band width and time to just get to my email now.
I just want to be able to read my email.
The person I chatted (computer chat help desk stuff) with for an 1.5 hours today said that I should be able to set up OutLook express (infinitely better than what I’m dealing with now).
It would not work. All the settings are correct according to her. She suggested I call MS…… I’m not quite sure I want to go down that rabbit hole just to get 5-8 emails a week.
Recommend a free email client? I would prefer outlook as I use that at work.
I’m only 48… I may have to call MS but I’m not sure I have enough years left to get it done. (I’m a card holding MS developer)
If you dare – this is the chat message …… Excuse the spelling…… The chat box as slow.
