There is a song and video which is being used on a local station’s commercial.
Blonde female singer - and the lyrics go something like
“I just want to thank you for giving me the best days of my life, and I just want to be with you…”
Probably was a rather popular song, I just don’t listen to “lite” music much and don’t recognize it.

I do not know much about her other than her name, but her album was pretty popular.
Isoldah’s right, it’s Dido. She’s English. The song was featured on the soundtrack to the film Sliding Doors. Much later it became a huge hit after being extensively sampled to great effect on the Eminiem track Stan.
