I have an MIRC chat that I wanna save, but I have no idea how to log it. Can anyone help me out? Thx.
quick fix, if it’s in a message window, highlight the whole thing (you should be able to right-click, select all, right-click, copy, open notepad, paste)
I haven’t used mIRC in so long I’m not sure where the logging config would be now.
If it’s not in a message window, you may want to highlight all your active channels in the manner described above and sort out the mess later.
If you’ve already had the chat, you’ll have to cut and paste it into a text file.
Otherwise, pre-chat, you can simply type, “/log on”. That will enable the logging features.
Alternatively, you may use the selections in mIRC options/IRC/Logging to set up the logs as you so desire.
