Hello Everyone!
So sorry for the delayed response to all of your wonderful suggestions. I have been dealing with an unexpected emergency that I had to take care of over the last couple of months, but we are back on track and looking forward to moving forward with our yoga studio project!
We were unable to come up with a suitable name, so we decided to keep it simple and name the studio using the name of our town followed by the word “Yoga” … where it is and what it is. We were very happy with the name, however, we are having second thoughts because it limits us if we decide to open a second location in a few years. So we are back to the drawing board.
Please forgive me if this is not the proper message board etiquette, but I have responded below to some of your ideas and questions below.
I kinda love “Yoga, Eh?” - very cute and totally Canadian and available 
I like “Yo-ga!” too … it’s sort of along the same lines of “Yoga, Eh?”, but the only problem is www.yoga.com is not available
“Get Bent” was one of our ideas, but the name is already taken by another studio
Wow! You came up with a lot of great names! “Yogatopia” and “Get Yoga” are two of my favs … but unfortunately already taken by Canadian yoga studios.
Yes, we have considered running a Facebook contest to help us name our studio, but we need a name to do all the legal, banking and other paperwork before we are ready to make an official announcement.
“Yoga by the Lake” is a great suggestion, but there is already a business in our town operating under the name “Fitness by the Lake” and she runs yoga classes on the beach.
We also came up with “Flex Appeal” because it is fun and cheeky, but it is already being used by a few businesses
“Still Waters Yoga” is an interesting idea - Toronto is home to the very popular “Still Water Spa”
