Help needed identifying a 70's Sitcom

Perhaps someone will remember the name of this show from the 70’s. The premise was a blue collar man taking a stab at being an executive for a company. The opening credits showed him in work clothes throwing his lunch pail into the air where it was transformed into a briefcase and he was in a suite.

The name of this show has been eluding me for years.

I think you’re talking about Arnie which starred the original voice of Charlie the Star Kist tuna, Herschel Bernardi.
