I for some reason, went into my camera properties on my computer and disabled my camera. I Clicked “disable this device.” Now, how do I enable the device. When I plug in my camera the camera wizard doesn’t come up. Any suggestions?
What kind of computer & OS is this?
If its Windows XP, you can run the sanners/camera wizard from the control panel.
If the camera is still listed in the Control Panel>
System>Hardware>Device Manager tab under Control Panel it will show as a deactivated device. Simply right click on properties and then re-activate it. If it is not there you will have to un-install and then reinstall the camera software and drivers via the software un-install applet in control panel to have the unit recognized.
