Help to ID banjo.

I’m going to try and post a link. Wish me luck!)

(Hope this works!)

I would like to know the model number of this banjo so I can find out how old it is. You’ll (hopefully) be able to see the Aria inlay at the top.

I’ve been looking all about but can’t seem to find this one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since this is about a musical instrument, I think you are more likely to get an answer in Cafe Society, where our musical type folks tend to hang out.

Moving thread from General Questions to Cafe Society.

Don’t know if this helps:

Here’s a pic of the same type–the headstock appears to be a match.

Could there be a model number stamped on the inside of the tension hoop (I don’t know banjo terms)? Of course, getting the resonator (?) off is a PITA, no?

FWIW, Remo makes drum heads, so that’s probably the only part of the banjo (the head) they make.

Yeah there might be a sticker on the inside of the resonator. It’s just maybe 3 or 4 thumbscrews to take it off. The tuners look unusual.

Try this?

The banjo subreddit is probably your best bet to get information. You’ll have your answer in a couple of hours.
