Help - Trying to find a film I saw recently

It is a fairly recent science fiction film, set in a near future England. Children are given a test, based on which they are assigned a number (something like IQ) that determines how successful they will be in life. The film revolves around a boy (very low score) and a girl (very high score). Later-on, they figure out how to change one’s score, with world-changing consequences.

Any help is appreciated.

Gattaca?

Upside Down?

It is neither Upside Down nor Gattaca. I’m thinking that it could have been a short.

I’ve absolutely no idea what film this is, but it sounds intriguing. I hope someone is able to figure out what it is.

Is it one of these?:

Sounds kind of like the film adaptation of Vonnegut’s Harrison Bergeron, starring Sean Astin, but that movie didn’t take place in England, and Sean Astin’s character was the one with the high IQ (his family tries to hook him up with a low-IQ girl in the hopes that their children will be average, which is desired in the depicted society).

I was looking for Darren Paul Fisher’s Frequencies.
