Help with disassembled 1st gen iphone - identifying parts

I was trying to repair the glass on the iphone and I messed up the LCD, so I watched a video on Youtube to disassemble the iphone in preparation for replacing the LCD, which of course I had hoped to avoid.

In any case, when I took it apart, very carefully, it didn’t end up exactly like the video. At the end of the video it showed one piece containing the three ribbom cables, and described how they would come through the frame.

But when I disassembled mine, two of the cables were attached in such a way that I can’t imagine how they would come apart as shown in the video.

Long story short, I have pictures hereof all the pieces of my iphone. If it’s still repairable, I’m trying to figure out which parts I’m looking for, because as you can see on ebay, they are not all identical. (I understand the difference between the glass alone vs. the LCD - it’s the various ribbon cables that are stumping me, as you will understand if you look at the pictures of my phone. And I have the glass, that’s what I was trying to replace to start with. )
So can anyone give a little guidance?

ALSO: Is there such a thing as a teensy-weensy magnetic screwdriver? BEcause removing teensy weensy screws isn’t that tough, the screws are already stable. But putting those teensy weensy screws back in those teensy weensy holes with my decidedly non-teensy weensy fingers…well, that seems like it might be a much more challenging proposition…

I can’t help with the phone, but I can with the screwdrivers. They do make very small screwdriver sets, look for eyeglass screwdrivers. A place like Radio Shack would have them too. They’re usually made of iron so if they’re not magnetized you can make them so by letting them sit attached to a permanent magnet.

:eek::confused: Today’s “I learned sumpin!”
