Figured I’d do the ol’ intro thread to say hi to everyone. I’ve been a longtime lurker here and following since the old aol days. Lost track of you guys during a move from the city to a small town with no internet but after a couple years was back online and depressed at not finding the Dope. I wasn’t on aol the second time around so thought I’d never see you again. I finally found the Dope after many months of searching. Made my day. Been lurking ever since.
Finally decided to sign up and here I am. I haven’t said a whole lot since signing up because after I did I realized I just really don’t have much to say that would fit in here. So, since I haven’t got much to say I’ll just share the official pictures (I love a place that considers pet pictures mandatory!).
I have four fur-children, two boys and two girls. Baby is the oldest, I’ve had him since he was just under 6 weeks old and he’s now 16 years old. Rummy is next in line at about 7 or 8 years old - he was a stray that I took in 3 years back. His age is a guesstimate. Then there’s my two girls, MacKenzie (goes by Mac) and Cheyanna (goes by Anna or often Anna bananas). The girls were foster cats that just never got a home and so I adopted them after fostering for a year because they fit in so well. Mac is 5 years old and Anna is 4 years old.
Oh, sorry. The buffet is just down the hall on the left. The left. I’m not sure what’s in that room on the right any more. It used to be an anteroom to the squid room, but that was a couple of renovations ago.

That nickname was pinned on my donkey’s years ago by my oldest niece (and she still occasionally uses it even though she’s full grown now). It came from a Captain Underpants book with a name generator in it.
Fluffy, I’m apprehensive…it seems like when people introduce themselves lately, that’s the last we hear of them. You’re not going to break our hearts, are you?

Bobot - do you mean there’s been a spate of recent introductions and mysterious disappearances linked together around here? That sounds a little… skeery. :eek:
