Soon after the latest episode aired, in which new character Candice wore this outfit, I discovered her shirt is a Lip Service product. It’s this shirt, from the Suspect Device line, in black and orange.
I ordered the shirt yesterday, because I think I’d look good in it (not as pretty as the actress, of course, but not bad). Once I’d ordered it, and realized that I already own boots like hers, it occurred to me I could re-create the whole ensemble.
Except, I don’t know who makes that skirt she’s wearing. It’s not from Lip Service or Hot Topic, and I don’t know where else to look. Can any of you help me out here?

Looks like a pretty generic black-and-white plaid to me. My daughter picked one up just like it at a store called Dots.
