On this Memorial Day I just wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for all of you who so admirably devote(ed) yourselves to the service of our fine country. Your service to ensure the continued freedom of your fellow countrymen and the success of our nation is amongst the most honorable of persuits. Your willingness to risk your lives for the sake of your bretheren demonstrates your outstanding mettle and courage.
My deepest sympathies to all who have lost a love one during times of war or conflict. I hope that it is a consolation to you to know that the whole country grieves with you, and appreciates the great sacrifice your family made for all of us.
To all of you currenty serving in the military: Keep up the good work! Thank you so much.
Now, go fire up those barbeques and suck down a couple of cold ones.
