the truch is coming out even thought the corn industy and some goverment agencys who are cueless and listen to the corn industry keeps trying to say it perfectly safe and same as sugar however is it true as the frutose in HFSC is more more free radical then in sugar where is is bound up so has all the bad effect of frutose which inclue the fact is is much more fating contributes to type 2 diabeties and fools the body from knowing when it full
Welcome to the boards, magnusfl. And may I be the first as well to ask, Cite?
Which is our cute little shorthand around here for asking where we could go to find the data, evidence, and/or arguments to back up your assertions. Whose research is showing this, where is it published, and how does it justify the claim? I, for one, am quite interested …
Ummmmm… not that I claim to understand the op, but, isn’t he saying pretty much the same thing as in the original article (or badly paraphrasing it)? While HFCS may not be the best thing in the world, it’s certainly not the bain of health that, for example, smoking is. Beside the point though, my impression of the original article was a stand of neither here nor their with more research remaining. The op seems to argue against the article using the points the article makes, am I wrong or is this a perversion of agreement?
