I was thinking of buying a recliner chair on sale at HH Gregg.
What do you Dopers think of the company?
Buy there, or shop elsewhere?
PS–my budget is small.
I’ve found their selection to be unimpressive. But we only have a small store here. I suppose they have stores of different sizes with larger inventories.
I mean more like honest, quality of goods,m customer service, etc.
We have bought some electronics and kitchen and other appliances from them and been happy with the service and the goods. I was less than pleased with the mattress we bought from them; it was overpriced for what we got and not as good quality as advertised. I plan to continue to buy appliance and electronics there if and when we’re in the market for any, but not mattresses or furniture. I can get better quality at the same price point or cheaper elsewhere.
