Hi! I’m new here and learning the ropes. I actually was asked by a friend to look at a thread (now moved into the pit) and give my perspective. I came out of it decidedly neutral but in the process fell in love with you people! Not sure how much time I will be able to spend here as I run my own board on another system, but I sure will try to visit as often as I can.
Is it just a coincidence that so many members’ names are allusions to my favorite novel? What’s going on with that?:dubious:

I have an actual first edition of To Kill a Mockingbird - it’s the best book in my collection by a leap or bound or two. I got it for a song (ugh) and have watched go through the roof collectibility-wise. And later, I got a bookplate signed by Harper Lee - very cool.
