Hey,
I have heard of this device call the Highway Zapper. It send a singles to radar detectors and set’s them off. Sounds like fun, if only for the first few times you get to use it. I don’t think you can go out and buy one but what about making one. Anyone aware of this neat little device.

You can buy k-band radar speed gun kits for about $100.

Oh yeah, that was helpful. I hit Submit before I could include the link for the Ramsey SG7, which is now going for $59. This should trigger most radar detectors, but you can have even more fun using its measuring capabilities.

These things send singles to radar guns? What, so they can distract them with cheesy pick-up lines while you whizz merrily past: “So…how you doin’? What’s your sign - no, don’t tell me, let me guess. Yield, right?”

OK I got that, what about schematics, part list. I don’t want to mess with the FCC. Just idle curiosity?
