Hillary Clinton's Presidential Campaign Discussion

Yes, and?

Heh.

Whathever, you sore loser.

I don’t know how they know but they say they do, and no charges for Hillary.

Unsourced … I mean it is low risk to be wrong but unsourced reveals are not worth much.

Of course then the followup is that interestingly Clinton refused to follow what the sourses were telling the reporters and Trump and his staff accepted it. Regardless if it will turn to be accurate, it shows once again a knee jerker vulgarian that will swallow a lot of unsourced information if he becomes president.

Sander’s confirms endorsement chatter. Looks like our long national nightmare will be over soon.

And it looks like as there are no indictments just about the one last “but” from Sanders is non operative.

And the latest from Reuters/Ipsos poll:

That will translate to about 5 or 6 points ahead of Trump in the agregate, the good news is that it seems that Trump is not getting traction among the whole electorate by returning to his old ways.

With nearly every demographic, Clinton is outperforming Barack Obama in 2012.

Again, in the poll agregators, Clinton is ahead by about 5. So curb your entusuasm. I have noted that several polls are pointing that the third party candidate affects both Clinton and Trump, but in later polls like this one the third party candidate actually hurts Trump more.

Wow! I’m impressed. Hope she can keep it up.

She’s not facing JOhn McCain or MItt Romney. She’s facing Donald Trump. Obama wishes he had been so lucky, would have saved his staff a lot of sleepless nights.

I must say, I’m happy with the job she is doing so far. Attacking his business record in front of one of his biggest failures was a good move. As Rove said, attack your enemy’s strengths. If he wants to run on his business record, tear it down. I want her to get under his skin at every opportunity and take up residence inside his head. Needle him, ridicule him, make him devote every speech to half-assed defenses of himself. What she should do is the morning of the debate, just knock the shit out of him about one of his tweets. (why the hell do candidates tweet, anyway? Does any good ever come of it?) He’ll be so pissed that he’ll blow up at every question during the debate and look like Ralph Kramden on steroids.

Hillary would have easily beaten McCain in '08 – maybe not w/ NC and VA, but maybe w/ MO, WV, AR, and a few other states. Don’t know about '12. And Obama would have been her Veep.

She probably would have beaten McCain, sure, since McCain beat himself at the end there. Obama would not have been her VP though, for the same reason Clinton wasn’t Obama’s VP. Obama would certainly be the frontrunner today had that been how things shook out, but he’d be frontrunner from the Senate.

Obama would have very obviously been her Veep – if she had won, she would have understood that black Democrats would have been very, very frustrated. And Obama would have been a near-perfect Veep candidate – very different from her tonally, young, charismatic and excellent on the stump, etc. She would have picked him in a heartbeat – very different than the reverse situation.

Maybe. We’ll probably settle this when she makes her current VP selection. If as I theorize she’ll go with a longtime loyalist, like Tom Vilsack, then I’m probably right. If she goes bold, then you’re probably right.

I don’t think this will tell us much; '16 is a lot different than '08, and Castro (or other young “unknowns”) is a lot different from Obama.

Lehman Brothers beat McCain. After 9-15-08 there was almost no chance that the Republicans could have won a third term.

The ensuing Obama-Palin debate would’ve been legen-wait-for-it-dary.

Only in that it’s hard to debate an opponent when you haven’t a clue what the hell she just tried to say.
