Reading the definition, what first comes to mind is Joe Peshi in the Lethal Weapon movies, and also Joe Peshi in almost anything else.
I read an analysis of ‘types’ in films that ventured Scarlett O’Hara in ‘Gone With the Wind’ had a histrionic personality disorder. But I think she was more of a narcissist.
While Scarlett was self-absorbed, I think of her more as histrionic.
