Wonder when USPS “holds mail”, whether its end date means the day it delivers accumulated mail or the next day that it will deliver? i.e., if hold mail “ends” on 9/25, does it still hold mail through that day and delivers it on 9/26, or does it deliver on 9/25?
This page indicates it’s the day you specify as an end date.
I’ve used Hold Mail in the past, and I don’t recall if this is the case or not, but that’s what the site says, anyway. You could call the number on the page I linked to for a more authoritative answer, I suppose.
I use Hold Mail frequently, and yearofglad’s link is correct. The “end date” is the day they deliver it to your mailbox.
