Holiday Tipping

2 Questions:

  1. My wife and I are students but we got a fantastic deal on nicer apartment in NYC. Some of the doormen are helpful, but some are unhelpful, even bordering on rude. Also, we tip the super whenever he does something for us which is very infrequent. Do we need to give them a holiday tip?

  2. If we do tip the rude doormen and the super we don’t need, can we tip them in chocolate?
